Shiksha

We envisaged this initiative in our drive for the implementation of quality education to the children of economically weaker section (EWS) category in concurrence with invigorating free and compulsory education to every child for nurturing the youth and thus empowering society with the weapons of knowledge and learning. The foundation realized the need for adopting groundbreaking research to ensure the compliance of private schools with the implementation of the RTE policy in favour of equitable treatment and sustainable goals. To arrive at this vision, our dedicated team, by its systematic efforts ventured out to the private schools of Lucknow in various districts in an attempt to scrutinize the modality of the 25% reservation seats for the children belonging to low-income family category as mandated in Section 12 of the RTE Act, 2009. Furthermore, by scaling up its reach to a wider range of schools, the organization successfully made 5 zone-based divisions of Uttar Pradesh to check for the categorical implementation of RTE which in all likelihood will strengthen the purpose of undertaking this project. These significant measures will pave the way for higher enrollment rates and at the same time will enhance the upliftment of these deprived areas. Investment in human resources is widely considered a strong base for the overall development process with an emphasis on the educational sector. At the core of Project Shiksha, the organization has been successful in ensuring the foundation of numerous programmes to garner the primary objectives of quality learning in the education process. With the integrated efforts of the entire team and the immense support of the collaborations with our partners and the state government, AFPR envisions creating an environment that is conducive to the optimum development of children as well as for the world itself.
