On 23rd March, 2024, we launched a 4-week Online Certificate Course in Arbitration, designed in a way to allow the participants to dive into the world of arbitration allowing them to Unlock the intricacies of dispute resolution, explore legal frameworks, and gain practical insights from industry leaders.

The course focused on the basics of arbitration and out of court settlement mechanisms in India, followed by an analysis of Arbitration Proceedings under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, emerging issues like inclusion of Arbitration and Out of Court Settlements with various other important modules also forms an integral part of this course.
